CASE STUDY:

Late one Friday afternoon, our client, PC Groundworks, was struggling on-site with a piece of equipment. The specific resin cartridge required to solve the problem was only available to purchase from the manufacturer in London, while the site was in Chelmsford, Essex. It was critical for this issue to get resolved in order they keep to the project’s tight schedule.

Our goal is always to help our clients wherever possible. So, while this wasn’t a case of sourcing and supplying materials, we were more than willing to do what we could with our connections and solution-driven thinking to help resolve the issue.

With it close to site closing time, we proceeded to source a local courier service to collect the right cartridges and deliver them to the site manager’s house that evening, so they could take them to site the next morning. Work was able to continue on Saturday and the works schedule was achieved despite this unexpected disruption.
